		<description>Overall, I&#039;d say this post hit most of the high points. There were a lot of attendees, but I only counted about four that weren&#039;t identified as affiliated with a group, consultancy, or agency.

The people that left early were uniformly those whose governmental agencies had sent them. It was quitting time. Those that were there on their own time stayed.

I&#039;d go further than the post&#039;s contention that the BPAC&#039;s future is an open book. I don&#039;t see what relevance it has, other than to provide CE-type credits for government attendees. It seems oriented towards the &quot;info pitch of the quarter&quot; rather than setting a course.</description>
